It just occurred to me..if you are reasonably confident of who is the villain you can sue them so as to start proceedings and then get a court order to inspect all their records...computer records of course but also bank records which can point to purchases of say software, ...anyways if you are sure you and want to ruin them just involve them in legal proceedings that has their lawyer bleeding them dry...sure it will cost you but the satisfaction gained from showing someone they are just not as clever as they tell themselves is well worth it...

and of course they will always settle when they realise they just can not win..even if they win



AND in cases where the villain is being malicious you can seek punative damages which means the court can award damages which don't reflect actual damage but are more like a penalty... so let's seek $10,000,000

isn't that something to think about..ok we can settle and just take their house...or farm for example...so many villains think they are so smart but the courts just chew them up and spit them out...mainly because they are just plain fools.
