IISAC 2010 dates?

G'day Mike,

Just wondering about dates for 2010, would IISAC 2010 be happening 7th through 9th October? I reckon new moon will be the 9th.

If so, I might be able to get to the Snake Valley Astro Camp in November as well!

Cheers
Chris

But yes, it will be the 7th-10th October 2010.

Fred Watson is confirmed as a guest speaker already.

Sounds great, already!

Mike, can you put the countdown timer on the left hand side of the page already?

Regards,

Hi Mike,

I have heard Dr Fred Watson speak at Border Stargaze 2008 and prior to that on a private tour of the AAT with one of our groups of US visitors who came to Coonabarabran a few years back. Fred is without question the best astronomy speaker I have ever listened to at any star party.

To listen to Fred speak is worth the price of admission alone.

Cheers,
John B
