Filters Coloured

hi All,
I require your opinion please,

I have been reading with interest Wratten astro filters,
as there are many kinds,

do they make a difference for visual viewing, and if so,
which ones too get,

also astrophotography, which filters make a difference there,
and which ones are required for,

Solar, Lunar, Planets, Deep sky,

your assistance will be greatly appreciated & well read,
