RGB Processing Q

I'm just starting out photographing planets in RGB and have a quick question.

After aligning and stacking each chanel individually is it best to first combine the RGB chanels into one image and then hit them with wavelet processing or do you guys do wavelet processing of each RGB image and then combine them.

Cheers
Mike

I'm surprised no one has jumped in here but I'll have a go.

I don't have that much experience but from what I've read here and other places I'd say hit each channel with wavelets before combining. Mike Salway(iceman) has writting a great article on planetary imaging and processing that I found helpful.

cheers

Mark
