Looks ok, but you can also use the IceInSpace Observing Log Template

I get a file read error in acrobat 5 when I try to open that file Mike.

I'll try downloading the latest version and see if that helps.

EDIt: Hmmm Acrobat 7.0 is having trouble with it too. Can someone else confirm this?
