Something weird going on with Moonlite Focusers

Has anyone else been bombarded with "Order confirmations" from Moonlite focusers today. So far I have received more than 80 of them each ine saying my payment has been processed and my focuser is in the shipping queue - and the details actually match a couple of focusers I have bought from them over the past year or so - but which have long since been delivered.
Sounds like a Denial of Service type of attack or something going on over there.

well, we have had 7 so far today. purchased one back in February, ended up with a second on a month later that had to be returned, so hope we don't get more of them! hope they sort it out sooner rather than later certainly don't want to line up at the post office at this time of year!

Yup got my emails today for what I ordered paid for and received months ago.Just went to their website and here is the banner at top.

http://www.focuser.com/

"We apologize for the duplicate confirmation emails being sent out from our email server. Our server was updated and inadvertently resent old confirmation emails when restored by mistake. Please disregard the duplicate confirmation emails being sent. The emails are simply a duplicate from an old original order email in our server."

It's actually a blessing in disguise - before Moonlite had posed that banner on their website I had cancelled both credit cards I have used with them - so ow I have no credit cards to use in the pre-Xmas shopping scrum. I must be saving heaps!!

Me too! I replied saying I ordered and received a focusser last year, and don't want another one just yet! Exactly the same details as the one I ordered before, including colour. Though I could use another one, but that's another story.

Must check my VISA to make sure they haven't charged me again.

Peter, Thanks for starting this thread. I've also been bombarded with strange orders from Moonlite that started to get me worried. I think we can relax!
