Surfers' Point Margaret River

Two great images, so while we are at it, here's another sunset. If you lean your screen back a little past perpendicular to your eyes, you will see the halo better. Needs 90% screen to fit it all in.

Lovely image of a world class surf break
I’ve been surfing for nearly 50 years but never ridden this incredible spot
Getting to old to ride the big ones now , I just stick to beach breaks on the east coast with surf no bigger than 1.5m
At first glance I thought it was sunrise on a beautiful morning but silly me it’s the Indian Ocean on the west coast
Well done !
My young nephew runs a photography business and does a lot of surf photography both in the water and from the beach ( he’s asked me a few times how he could get into some Astrophotography so I showed him the nano tracker and Star adventurer rigs )
I’d like to see some more photography from the beautiful west coast surf spots
All the best
Martin

Thanks Bob and Col.

Martin, thanks also. I can't help you much with surfing pics, as my longest lens is only 250mm, and I don't have any scopes now.
Come to think of it I do have one surfing shot; I'll post it for you.

Thanks Suzy, we only get a brief window of clear evenings in the summer to
catch a nice one.

Thanks Pete, I'm that old that I don't remember ever being young.
