Includes the main body, 5mm T2 spacer, M48 adapter and M42 adapter, allen key, M48 to M42 thread adaptor and original carton.

All in excellent condition.

Please note that it doesn't come with the 1.25” holder with compression ring for guide cameras with 1.25″ nose pieces.
