Got to happy with that Zuts. I get pretty good results with the asi air as well specially with a esprit 120 fully loaded on my eq6 pro. Usually high 3 to low 4s

Sure you weren't guiding on a hot pixel?
That looks great. Very nice indeed.

I escaped Sydney and am in Broken Hill ATM, nothing but clear skies here.
I was going to mention about guiding in a hot pixel as well
Those guiding numbers are ridiculous for a mass produced Chinese mount
Even with hyper tuning the best guiding Ive seen on an AZEQ6 mount is around 0.35 to 0.40 in good seeing
That mount is something special , look after it , it’s worth gold !!!
Zuts,
In regard to your incredible guiding I was wondering what your image scale ratio is between guide scope and main imaging scope
I’m assuming your using a guide scope and not an OAG
Mines about 4.2:1 on my 8” f5 newt using a guide scope
Cheers
Martin
Zuts,
Some nights I get 0.5 guiding at very best, but most nights I get 0.7ish. 0.27 seems exceptionally good! I’d love to learn more about your gear, such as the ratio Martin requested. Also, was your guiding calibrated with darks?
