Sun images for Australia Day 2022 from Melbourne

These are our pictures from around 8am this morning (26/1) using a Lunt 40 and ASI178MC camera. Lots of prominences and ARs 2934, 2935 and newly named ARs 2936 and 2937. Much cooler at 8am

A fine set of images of Sol, there are so many photogenic proms currently. Love the full disc shots that show how many there are and the filaments too.

Good seeing yesterday morning went a long way to improving our images
We both are very happy with the Lunt 40.
