Does it come with IS and a focus lock switch? What's the MFD? Can I see its MTF charts?

Stick it on a Pentax body and you will get IS.
Autofocus is going to be trickier.

Yeah, but you could use the StarTracer function with the Pentax, though the FL may be a bit much
