Where can I find listing of NGC and equivalent listing for the southern Hem.?

Im not sure about just NGC, but theres a list that Glenc has posted that is very comprehensive and actually well put together list. I think its called the top 95 objects in the southern hemisphere, just search the forums for it!

Here's a list of the NGC. To work out what is visible from the southern hemisphere will probably depend on your latitude. This is a digitised catalogue and I've found this catalogue to be a pearler. When you look at an ngc the co-ordinates change with the mouse position.
