Have come off my EQ5 mount. Standard dual axis drives plus handset. Working fine when they came off. Bonus - the telephone-style connectors are still in place and not knocked off as they are on most!
With a power cable to fit to a 6V battery (I recommend a small sealed lead acid from Jaycar). Also the original battery pack containing 4 D rechargeables. You'll need a D-cell charger - Aldi have one on sale ever several months. I added an extra D rechargeable cell to bring the total voltage up to more like the 6V nominal. I suspect the original 4 D-cell rechargeables are close to their last legs.
Also the bolts that held the motors on the EQ5 - not standard but they worked. Also the cogs/clutch that connect the motor to the worm drive shafts. Also a couple of spare audio knobs I had on the shafts so I could release the clutches (unscrew that silver knob) and fine adjust the axes.
One cover with it - cannot remember which motor it covers - I never used it.
