Sunspots and flares Dec 20th

Following on from my pic of 18th Dec, this one is at Ha wavelength thru a Lunt 100 SS scope. Single exposure with Canon 550d. Sun was not in a perfect position for me but you can see there are lots of flares around the spots. (South is down). Thanks for viewing.

John this is a good record in Ha of the southern hemisphere of the Sun. Sol has well and truly woken up. Well done!
