Awsome advise on the barlow , I used to have a Celestron Ultima 2x inch and a quarter and up until the time it got stolen it was the best I have ever looked thru , yes get the best you can afford .

I think both Brian and John both make good points.

I think the important point to appreciate about Brians assessment is that it does NOT extend to Pentax XWs

However, I have to concur that the Radians are excellent but I believe they provide a novel addition to XWS as they fill gaps in the sizes of the XW

Ironically I have both XWS and Radians and find the difference too hard to call especially as the sizes don't match

One consistent point I agree with both Brian and John is that the XWS and Radians are better than the Delos (which I also had and sold)
