SL17 - Wolf Nebula

My second shot processed from Astrofest.

HaRGB mix using Marco's method. Not sure I have quite got the hang of it yet.

thanks for looking.

Very nice Brett. I wonder if the delicate blue reflection nebula is in your data. With 10 hours it most likely is. It looks like some minimum filter distortions in the star fields in the bottom left of the image. Did you use some minimum filter?

Greg.

Lots of stuff happening here Brett. I kept looking for a wolf in the bright stuff until I twigged that the wolf (veryrealistic) was a dark nebula, howling at the moon(?). Nicely done.

Nice job, Brett. Looks like it was a productive Astrofest for you too.

Thanks for comments guys.

Greg, I don't remember seeing the blue reflection neb.

What is a minimum filter distortion? I didn't use one that I know of!

Aah-woo Ware Wolves.

Nice to see another version of this image. Was some time ago now that I stumbled upon this rather odd looking dark nebula. Detail is good.

Thanks for providing the inspiration Paul! I don't think my colour match yours.
