Sirius Dome 3.5 with Maxdome II and loads of extras - UPDATED

Selling for end of activity in Australia my trusty observatory located in Coonabarabran.
As the guy that was hosting my observatory is selling his property and I was not using the observatory for the last couple years, I have decided to let go most of my observatory. Here is part of it, the dome

I have there a 3.5 meter Sirius Dome with three lockers, solar vent, Maxdome II full (shutter + rotation) for unattended imaging and related Solar power for shutter and dome controls batteries.

The dome was installed in 2012 and comes with :
- Lunatico Cloudwatcher with anemometer and "SOLO" computer for fully independent operation and web access (bot new models replaced in 2019)
- High quality DIY allsky camera with ASI224MC and Raspberry PI into a domed enclosure with direct web accessories
- Internal IP cameras (a night vision Mobotix plus 2x IMX290 night vision on Raspberry PI)
- 1kW UPS (i replaced fan and internal batteries end of November 2019, so all good for another 2/3 years), complete with remote monitoring internal card
- 2 x Digital Logger web switch II
- Ethernet switch to connect all the internal equipment

Also in the dome (if you care to take) there are boxes of power and IT cables and mechanical/electrical tools I used while there for all maintenances (do not ask me the list as I don't have, but there are at least 3/4 boxes of material).

As I will be removing mount and OTA before dismantling the dome the Observatory will be available from the second part of September.

The original paid value for all above was way north of 30kAUD.
I am asking for 15k AUD and I am open to discuss on the price. Buyer to arrange and pay for dismantle and relocation.
UPDATE: I am in contact with the guys at iTelescope located in Siding Spring nearby which can provide help to dismantle the dome and put on a trailer. I will ask for the cost estimation if people interested in the dome need it. Sirius also offers relocation service (as covid lockdown lifts of course), I can provide you contacts to investigate further.

As NSW lifts the stay at home order end of the month I will be able to provide more pictures on request.

Expression of Interest

I am the president of an astronomy association on the NSW coast. We have recently been considering the establishment of an observatory in our local area and have applied for a grant to do so. Our preferred observatory is a Sirius Domes 3.5m model selected for, no doubt, similar reasons to your own choice. The grant will be decided this month (mid September) and if successful we would be interested in the observatory you have to offer. Clearly we are dependent on winning a grant so can make no other commitment at this stage. Until the grant is decided could you please let me know if you have any offers so we have an opportunity to respond?
You can contact me either through Ice In Space or direct to:

Thanks in advance,

Mark Town
