I guess the real question is, if UFOs *are aliens, why don't they want to talk to us? There are so many sightings and unexplained things, whether they have a scientific explanation or not. Lets say for the moment that they are extra-terrestrial in origin - they're obviously avoiding contact, aren't they? Why don't they wanna chat? A more advanced civilization surely wouldn't be scared of us. And I don't buy that we're simply not worthy of their attention. Humans interact with all forms of life: we don't run and hide from earthworms, for example.

Just another one of the hundreds,no maybe thousands of books put out by "Investigative Journalist" and other "Experts" that are sure to please the gullible and the want to believe crowd.
I wouldn't waste my money or time on it.
Cheers

Some very real sightings are lost in they way we treat sightings. I agree most books are garbage, if fact they detract from real events.

Here's one for from 1950's, a soccer game, I was looking for the big sighting over London in the 50's. That was witnessed by hundreds as is the article below, there are good reports hidden by rubbish people bring up.

I've read it and also found it interesting but unconvincing. It focuses almost entirely on American sightings in relation to their defence networks and the US government. By the end the author seems to be of the opinion that the government knows a lot more about these things than it's prepared to reveal (the usual stuff; Area 51, Roswell, aircraft radar anomalies, etc.).

It's odd that with everyone carrying a decent camera with them these days, the best we can do is fuzzy indeterminate blips on aircraft radar.

There are some extraordinary claims kicking around various media, the oddest suggesting that aliens have been living beneath the surface of the Earth for many millennia, and are in regular communication with world governments.

The truth, I suspect, will turn out to be far simpler.
