Carton AZ mount modification

I got 2 heavy duty Carton AZ mount and find ways to do some modification for better balanced set up. Existing mount is top loaded and IMO, not well balanced when pointing scope to the zenith. Here some step by step modification for those who interested to modify. It is amateur hobbyist modification and may not be well served as intended.

Excellent design and build. The mount should be a delight to use now. Well done.
