Last night with NGC 5128

Lovey to get a clear night last night!!

Spent the time on NGC 5128:

20 X 600 Sec, IR Cut Filter, ASI 183 MC and Esprit 100

A lovely image, the detail around the core is great and the saturation brings out the glow and browns nicely

Only using the first image you posted, I put it through lightroom to exaggerate the blues plus I toned down the core to show the thin blue line. Hope that helps.

That's a great result Chris. I'd say you had some good seeing conditions as well. The Esprit 100 has nice pieces of glass!

Thanks for the compliments everyone!

The shots were taken in Bortle 4. There was a Westerly wind and low humidity. I’m looking forward to the coming lower humidity on the East Coast and being able to image at 6pm and get to bed at a reasonable time!
