ASIAIR 2.1 - Sony Camera support is coming!

Hey All

heres a quick preview of what's coming in release 2.1 to ASIAIR due around Mid Feb

and yes it does include Sony camera support!!! plus some updates to the EAF for SCT owners and even a couple additional Canon camera too

tangential question on your FRA400... why does the back look different to the ones that others (like myself) have. The back is normally conical.. what have you changed on yours?

Its conical if you are not using the reducer .. mine has the reducer in right now for wide field ... I have the conical spacer ... but the reducer looks like mine as it fits inside the drawer tube

Yes this will be very convenient for newbies with a SCT as it takes all the guess work on finding the sweet spot for both visual (with & without barlow) and imaging (with and without reducer & barlow)

And guess who spent many nights going through that long process to write all the step positions down.
