22nd Nov. New lot of sunspots

The number of sunspots this month has been low - the last few days has seen some new sunspot groups emerging on the Sun's eastern side.
Two images are shown - taken on 21st Nov and 22nd Nov. Both are single exposures with a Canon 550d camera, WO refractor and Herschel wedge at 540 nm.

Nice captures, John. It has certainly been quiet for a while.

Thanks Steve, we may have passed sunspot maximum - it will be interesting to see if numbers increase or decrease next month.

Nice work again JW, Sol has been quiet lately but seems to be ramping up again, lots of ARs' rotating into view now, just when we have a week of cloud and showers forecast, again !!!
