.Thanks Trevor, but I can copy the whole pdf onto word and fiddle it around anyway. I just didn't want to pinch anybody's work. (Also I have't figured out how you PM yet either)

Jim, left click on Trevor's username (in blue) and a drop down menu will show you a few options, including sending him a PM.

Yeah, sorry Trevor. There was no "sent" icon like I was expecting so I obviously resent the same PM a few times.

Guess the L plates are there for a bit longer then....

Oh, I'll add a few objects to my list (just had a wonderful weekend observing) - M4, Tarantula nebulae, M57 (both of the latter 2 with a UHC filter).

Tonight was to be the astronomy talk for the 60 odd kids + parents that some of you guys helped me with. Funny how life dishes up a little irony from time to time!!-see attached photo of today's viewing in Tamworth NSW!

I suppose someone out there may get some great moon or planet photos with all that natural colour-filtering.

, that explains why the Moon looked like Mars!

See, that email that went around saying Mars was to look as big as the Moon was true after all!!!!

I hope a new date is able to be arranged soon.
