SCT 10:1 Crayford dual speed focuser

Hi All,

Currently looking for a Crayford Focuser SCT 10:1 (2 Inch). Bintel version is fine.

Needs to be able to screw to the back of a Celestron std 8" SCT.

Cheers
Wayne

Hey Alan,

Unfortunately it looks like you have a unit for a refractor. I'm looking for the unit that has an SCT screw thread.

Thank you anyways
Cheers

Brass was there just pushed in a bit.

Don't have the box anymore and the adapter for 1.25" is in a safe place, just have to remember where.

The only way I could mount the eaf was using a losmandy as adjustable ring and a bit of figuring out

WOW! looks like you have already gone down the path for an EAF. Very ingenious way to have it fitted.

Going to hold off as the image you have provided looks to be very different to the ones for sale in the shops. I need more clarification on the crayford base.

Cheers

well whatever you think, it is the one that bintel sells and i got it new last year. and no one has a printed holder for it yet which is why i did what i did. it worked and was extremely stable. and just a note the last image was the same setup but on my lunt, not the SCT adapter. it was just to show how the adaptation works
