The clouds finally parted again
last week and allowed an opportunity
to utilise a new set up.
Eta Carinea and Homunculus.
Homunculus is Latin for little human.
Early science believed that Homunculea were
found within sperm, waiting to become fully
sized foetus.
The Homunculus can be seen in the center of frame.

Paul,
Another nice image of a popular target
Some good detail exposed and framed perfectly
Well done !!
I would have like to see the image without the LE filter , colours would be more natural exposing more true Ha and Oiii ( reds blues and greens ) especially under really good dark skies and no moon around.
When using the L Enhance its better if you use processing software which has the ability to split the channels from OSC data and at least create a Bi colour blend ( otherwise you end up with a predominantly Tan, Salmon or sometimes Pinkish hue across the whole main structure of the object ) Me included until Startools version 1.6 gave you the opportunity to split the data
I now use Startools v1.7 which works well and has this ability via the Compose module to split the different channels from OSC NB data sets. There are quite a few others like PI etc... too.
