Partial Eclipse with new Finderguider

Arrived today, first light tonight and a luna eclipse to play with. I spotted this little apo the other day in Icetrades and thought it would make a great guiderfinder with a decent focus range.

Sharpstar 50ED + Canon 60D, Single ISO200shot @ 1/1000sec. For a single shot I'm pretty happy with the colour correction It might even make it for a pack and go imaging scope.

First luna is fov shot and second is full crop. At f/6.6 its not the fastest scope but for a guidescope add a 0.5 FR and it should work a treat. Its a R&P Focuser but its a sweet little unit with the 1:10 microfocuser. There's a bit of sideways movement when encouraged but otherwise its smooth and holds the weight of a 60D when vertical.

I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs across the fov with a nebula or star field shot.
