Smile Finally I can see again

Hi everyone,

Although I am new to this forum I have been interested in astronomy for over 35 years, with very much regret I sold my 8" Meade LX200 over 10 years ago and have only had my 8*56 Tasco Titan Binoculars.

I was always hoping to find a great deal on another scope (thanks mark for dropping to my budget), finally now I have a 12" Meade LX200 GPS.

As typical new scope then cloudy skys, but I had one great night this week, all I can say is the 12" LX200 showed breathtaking views of Jupiter and M42 before the clouds cut my night short, cant wait for Clouds to lift now that I can see again.

thanks Wayne.

Hi Wayne ..... Quite a " Monster " scope you have there ..... give you great views of the night sky ..... good pick up mate.

I just recently purchased a new Meade LX90 GPS Scope.. etc..etc... and it is quite enough to handle by myself.

You should have plenty of good times with yours....!!

Happy Viewing Mate.....Colin. ( FlashDrive )
