Post Putting together a Wedge

Hi,

I have a wedge (see picture) which I bought off Gumtree with a view to wedging up my CPC1100. First question is:

I have layed out the equipment received, can anyone confirm if anything is missing? It has the number sequence '60043'' on it, but I cannot find this on Google.

If this is suitable for my CPC, is there anyone in the Perth Area that has the skills to put this together (paid assignment). I am in the Swan Valley area.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Simon,
I have one of these wedges, they were originally designed for the Ultima 9.25 and Ultima 11 white tube for Celestron. They are a very solid wedge and I still use mine now, I am about to place it on an outdoor pier. I do not know if they will fit a CPC on it, but the 2 holes and one slot on the plate is how you will know. You will need the three holes in the drive base of your telescope line up with these and you attached using socket head cap screws.

I have attached a copy of the portion of my manual which mentioned the wedge.

Hope this helps

Carl
