Adapter for Lightning Trigger to suit Canon 5D Please

Hi Guys,

I am considering purchasing a lightning trigger from the IIS shop, however the info supplied with this unit tells me that i will probably need an adapter to suit the Canon 5D.

Would anyone know where i might be able to purchase one of these please.
