My advice for watching this stuff is try not to be overwhelmed or make any great effort to retain specific detail but to pad ones general knowledge..I find it is far to easy to learn knew stuff and think you are now an expert, maybe that's just me however many humans respond similar to a slight detriment.

Just know there is research in a particular area that has scientific papers if you really want to learn 10% of all that the experts are familiar with....
