It has now been confirmed that the camera will ship with an integrated radio-control system for triggering remote flashes! The new 590EX will be the first to include this functionality.

No more PovertyWizards and Cactus triggers, hooray!

Once it's officially announced. : )

Possibly end of March? There's been Canon events confirmed in France and Singapore.

Oh, I don't read rumour sites!

I was going by what a guy on DPR said. It's probably just as bad.

Please forgive me. I hang my head in shame.

I will atone for my sins by not posting any more on this topic until the darn thing is officially released.

Sorry, all.

H,

The only way you can truly be forgiven of your sins is to come across to the side of goodness and light, and buy a D800 - we know you want one!

The new 5D model release is an exciting event and I am looking forward to what Canon has come up with.
