De-fork an LX200R

I am thinking of de-forking my 12" LX200R (same as the ACF). I have read Ken Harrisons well written instructions on how to de-fork a LX 200 Classic, but feel that these may not apply. Can anyone advise me amd/or have a set of instruction on how to d an ACF please?
A thousand thanks, Chunky
