CFF 105mm f/6

Dear Fellow Astronomers,

I have decided to offer my beautiful oil-spaced CFF 105 mm f/6 up for sale. It just had its 4th birthday. It has machined tube (and machined baffles) and 3.2” FTF, so it is very solid but is heavy too (6kg).

What’s included:
Machined rings, handle, dovetail, dedicated CFF flattener that threads directly into FTF (corrects 52mm), 0.75x Riccardi (M63) with an adapter to attach to the focuser, extension for the FTF’s drawtube, hard custom case.

The telescope and correctors are stored in a powered dry cabinet. A few specs of dust on the lens, no dents nor scratches anywhere on the scope – it’s like new. There is only a cosmetic small scratch on the adapter that attaches Riccardi to the focuser.

Only 36 of those were made by CFF and they are no longer available. It has a very generous 220mm of back focus, so it is also binoviewer friendly. Some more info on CFF website: https://cfftelescopes.eu/product/refractor-102-105-mm

Landed, this telescope did cost me over AU$ 7000 four years ago.

We live in the Whitsundays, so the telescope will need to be shipped.

Price which includes shipping and insurance: $4500

Suavi

Hi Suavi

Would you sell the riccardi reducer separately? If so what would be a good offer?

Hi Nik,

Thank you for your enquiry.

At this stage I would rather not split the package, as the case has been designed to fit the Riccardi and included in the package is an adapter from Precise Parts for the Riccardi.

Kind regards
Suavi
