Newbee to REGISTAX 6.1
I am a real newbee.
Downloaded Registax 6, installed and then updated to 6.1.
On Nov 28, I took 30 exposures of near full moon using Nikon D7000 through a Sigma 120-400mm @ 400mm with a 2X Kenko TC. Exposures were fired in 3 bursts of 10 frames each. Shot both in RAW & jpg fine..
Cropped the frames in Lightroom 4, leaving about 10% mood-width space around. Saved as .tiff. Each frame was about 19mb data.
Opened Registax - used following setup:
Minimum distance - 3o,
Intensity - default
Show pre-filter, clicked "Normalise"
Loaded 10 frames ( out of 30)
Set alignment points at nearly 100
Best Frames option
left all others at Default settings
and hit STACK
Even after 1 hour of processing I got nothing
What could be wrong?
What should I change?
Please HELP
