I Read a few reviews on the camera in question, there not all that favorable actually.
I have a similar camera that I used to use (DX 6340 3.2 meg) for astro stuff & it does a respectable job on planets for what it is.
Heres my best pics taken with it. The biggest problem with this sort of camera is over exposure. It sees this bright object (a planet) in a big expanse of black sky & will try to over expose the bright object. The only way to stop this happening is by using aperture masks on the front of the scope to stop so much light getting to the camera (depending on scope aperture), along with the right exposure time for the object which is trial & error. DSO work? Not good.
I'd image you would maybe get similar results with that camera as I got with mine.
