I have been working on this image for about 2 months, collecting data, processing, coming back to it with more data and more ideas on processing. Hoping that this is my final attempt and that compression isn't going to make it look a bit dodgy. Total of 167 5 minute subs in HSO narrowmand, so just under 14 hours. All taken with ASI1600MM Pro camera, Astrodon NB filters, Stellarvue SVR102T scope mounted on EQ8 mount. Guided with PHD2 ad ASI290MM Mini camera with ZWO OAG> Data collection with SGP and processing with Pixinsight with a final touch of denoise with Topaz. Tried a few different things. Used the EZ suite in PI to denoise while linear and als.o to implement Adam Blocks star reduction technique. Also tweaked the colours a bit to make the yellows more golden and pull out the tiniest bit of magenta in the nebula to make it more interesting.

A very good result Malcolm.

The variation in hue is quite dramatic and has brought out a lot of detail.

I like it, one that I would be proud to show my friends!

Great effort
