Also known at Struve 1298 or Sigma4. I viewed on 13th March with my 115mm ED refactor.
A close double which I needed 130x to split. The secondary looked faint compared to the nearby primary. The primary was white, but the secondary was too faint for me to judge a colour. Sissy's
Double Stars for small telescopes says it's mag 8.6 and bluish in colour.
This is the first time I have viewed this double. It was not my aim, but I became lost when trying to star hop my way to galaxy NGC2683. By working out the double, I could then determine where I was!
