Worst case scenario is that if you can get to Brisbane, the bus leaves from the Roma St Transit Centre and stops in Moore. If you make arrangements, someone will be able to drive to town and pick you up. I've done it for before (picked them up that is). Check out the timetables and let the organisers know, or post here and an IISer can come to the party.

Thanks to those that related unfortunate stories of what can happen if you yank up your one piece freezer suit if its too short.
I ended up going the 2 piece jacket/pants route, and man are they light, soft and snug at the same time. I need a cold, clear, winters night now....!

Good choice Rob.
It was 1C when I packed up just after midnight last night.
So yes, I think we're in for a cold one this year.

Thanks for your help Jeanette
It sure is cooling off. I often think of your stories of the dew on your star atlas freezing the pages together. I've been worried my old ski gear mightn't cut it if we do get a really cold one. Listening to the guys up at Leyburn about some of their winter nights got me thinking too. Must be getting old....

I know of one female imager who had a little fan heater set up in her toilet tent a couple of years ago.

You hit her up for the camp while she was groggy from work.
Did you take lessons from Bart Simpson or something. ????
It'll be great to see you there again Tony.

Hi Tony, just asked Wendy to confirm. And I will have your 2010 photo ready for picking up at duckadang!

BTW - 1 calendar month to go today and nearly 500 bed nights booked already. Looks like it's gonna be a good-un
