Hi all

Just a quick update:

With just over 10 Days to go

Border Stargaze 2008 has 150 Registrations!

School Activites - 400 (approx) children booked

Cosmodome - 80 people have booked sessions for the Public viewing night.

Total 630 people

Great work Petra, It must have been a hell of a work load to get it to that number.

It would have been 631 attendees, but as you know I had to pull out.

Hope it all goes according to plan, and I hope everyone has a blast.

Many thanks - we have a great team!

It is extremely rewarding to see so many school groups booked for the school activities.

Its going to be so much fun, I'm teaching the younger kids how to make Saturn!

You will be pleased to know I have the steel wool out, polishing the mirror on the Obsession 18 ready for the big event

Albury's weather has been great for the past couple of weeks - most nights crisp and clear.
The forecast for BSG08 is looking really good:

Thu: 2-16° mostly sunny
Fri: 2-18° mostly sunny
Sat: 5-19° mostly sunny
Sun: 8-16° showers

slight to moderate frost risk for most nights will provide us with great viewing conditions.
