I read all the comments, over 4000, it brought tears to my eyes. Its wonderful, inspirational, and a pleasure to think that as a online community who share a common passion, that one person who most of us probably have never met in person but have had interaction with for many years, has touched all of us in one way or another, and genuinely earned the respect of his peers. Well said, Trevor,
I always enjoyed Alex's posts. Always positive, and thought provoking, and sometimes way out in the left field.
But I think it's a measure of the man that I don't recall ever reading a negative or belittling or derogatory response from other IIS members.
Whether agreeing with Alex or not, he received respect.
