I can think of 10 countries straight off the bat, plus quite a few more that keep them in storage for other's convenience... Turkey, Italy, Germany, South Korea, Japan, etc)
Incidentally... why is that Israel can get away with producing hundreds of nuclear weapons without oversight or censure from the global community in violation of all international treaties.. Routinely threatens it's (non nuclear) neighbours with a 'pre-emptive nuclear strike' ... Has been found guilty of nuclear weapons proliferation (with apartheid South Africa) ... try's to initiate a nuclear attack on one of it's neighbours through false pretences... (attempted sinking of the USS Liberty - blaming it on Egypt) .... violates more united nations resolutions than all the rest of the world combined....
... THEN - claims it is the peace loving victim in all this.
