Too easy
I've also bought 400 McBurger Patties for $60 - which means all my fast food is prepared withut recourse to cholesterol pumps and I can feed a family of 2 for $2.50 because I buy chips for $5 for 7.5 kilo. The main cost is for decent veggies

Hi,
That's a great approach. My kids are now all grown, so I don't have to plot and plan so much (they now expect king prawns here ) but many was the pizza we made in competition with Pizza Hut.
Cheers

I saw these the other week and nearly died from the pure tackiness of such a gift. I mean, seriously!? Wouldn't you prefer to receive a gift voucher for $500 worth of groceries?? Or forfeit the $500 worth of artery clogging to avoid the associated hospital bills?
And to cover myself, I wasn't at KFC I was at the shop next door buying a salad... The daily temptations I must face. Although now that Adrian has shared his woe's of cockroaches in a 2 piece feed I might try to enjoy my salad's a bit more.
I'm also considering getting a droolworthy pair of binoculars in a couple of months...

I asked Santa for a new Vixen eyepiece.
He said I don't need one because it's going to be cloudy for months

Well it doesn't look like I will get my wish for clear skies at Christmas according to weather people. So my wife bought me a new 3ft fish tank and accessories and just in case I get bored watching fish a Stephen Hawkings video about the Universe.

I have aquariums as another hobby - great indoor hobby! Adrian, if you need any tips, let me know. I've been doing it for the past 10 years. I have a golden rule with putting any additives in the tank: every action has a reaction. And don't get fooled into what could be a very expensive hobby - I came to learn a lot of the stuff is not necessary if you know what you're doing. Just make sure you cycle the tank to develop the all important bacteria for a good month with only a couple of fish to start with, then add fish slowly. The worst thing to do is add lots of fish first up, many will end up dying as the bacteria can't keep up in the early stages. Good luck with your new hobby!

Careful what you wish for Ron.....
You wouldnt want Santa to drop the mirror down the Chimney!!!!!!
All I want for Christmas is for Suzy to have 10 mins alone with Travolta (all right.....60 mins), THEN she can have a Happy New Year for ever after and shut up about him once and for all....
Also, the benefit of that is that there will NEVER be any more gay rumours about him, because after Suzy is finished with him, even if he was gay, he wouldnt be after that!
Cheers

Suzy
I used to keep fish as a hobby a few years ago started off with guppies and threw in for the excitement a couple of 2" Oscars they outgrew a 2' tank all the way upto a 4' tank was about to order 6' tank but we left Mt ISA to go to the coast so I gave everything away. By the way the Oscars got to 9" long.
Screwdriver it was in fact a 6 piece feed.

fish tanks You want work? You got it. I had 7 x 3 & 4 ft tanks for years. Get yourself a good gravel siphon and a heap of 20 liter buckets. And get yourself a Black Knife Ghost fish. They will feed from your hand and you can train them to lie in your hand and give you an electric buzz (they are related to electric eels) and they are just the sexiest damn fish you'll come across.
Oh and they can get big. Keep them in a tank with only 1 or 2 other big fish, they'll eat anything else. Learnt that lesson the hard way. 400mm one ate 6 congo tetras in a day and a half

Chris, I laughed so hard that my face actually hurt!
30 mins of his time will keep me happy for 6 months, and 60 mins will make me shut up forever, for sure . So please someone send him to my place, I will make him a lamb roast with the most delicious gravy - what he wants to pour it on is entirely up to him .
