I will allow you to continue to live there rent-free until 21 December. You must however vacate on 21 December. You can then use that freed-up capital to party your way non-stop all the way through until the world comes to an end on the predicted date!

But wait! There's more!! (sorry, no steak knives). If (in the very unlikely event) you are wrong and I'm right and the "end-of-time" does not come on 21 December 2012. Have I got a deal for you!

I will give you exclusive rights to buy back your property between 22 December 2012 and 21 January 2013 at 85% of it's market value as assessed on 1 October 2012 -- a saving to you of 15% on it's market value! If you do not take up the offer I will then sell the vacant property on the open market.

True and I respect that view for if one gives up personal responsibility one is inclined to think the Universe has a special meaning for humans specifically and therefore it will seem most reasonable that there is a better place beyond our mortallity...although I can not accept such I sure hope they are correct... however I doubt the creator will select us as house guests given our crude behaviour and disregard for the creation we have been entrusted with...

Man if I was God I would be ticked off with the current tenants... just check the condition report of how we found it and how we left it... we wont even get our bond back let alone a new property to inhabit.
