BAKED SPAM - MMMM Nutritious

Ingredients
- 1 SPAMŽ Classic (12-ounce) can
- whole cloves
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar







The Original Baked SPAMŽ Classic
15 grams or less of Carbs per serving

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Place SPAMŽ Classic on rack in shallow baking pan. Score surface; stud with cloves. Combine brown sugar, water, mustard, and vinegar, stirring until smooth. Brush glaze over SPAMŽ. Bake 20 minutes, basting often. Slice to serve.

I just got back from the supermarket & I nearly bought a tin Of SPAM just for a joke....But at nearly 5 bucks a tin, I decided on a tin of this instead! Besides, I can HURL the good Ol' Black N gold further!!

Hey I wish money grew on trees, then I could sack all my employees and close up by drudge of a business and get some nice land out at Alice springs or somewhere equally remote and just do astrowork all the time. My buddy Jim Barclay did that and now he is doing it for a living.

That was just a link to the spam on trees comment.
