Here is my 75 HJ GTS not a Ferrari but i love it, it's pretty much all original apart from it sitting a little closer to the ground than normal
i have a about 3 of everything on it, lots of new old stock parts sourced of the net over the last few years, the paint looks good in the pictures but it is going back to bare metal soon for it's full resto treatment..
Building a 383 chev powered '69 Jag for my Mum. Its slammed on Simmons Wheels. Motor should pull around 430 horspeower.
The old man runs around in a 400 powered ;68 Impala.
Also have a HQ holden of my own with a 350 chev waiting to go in it, also on Simmons Wheels. Have to build another house first before I am allowed to proceed with that one though... Its just sleeping in the shed at the moment.

Whilst in the USA last year I had a discussion with a guy who worked at NASA (now and during the 60s) and he told me a story that I have since confirmed as true. Coco beach had a Chevvy dealer that come up with a bright idea, he would lease a Corvette himself, loan it to a returned Apollo astronaut for 12 months on the premise that it was a reward for their bravery or something like that, what he then did was get the car back at 12 months and sell it to the public at a much higher price than retail as a preowned ex Apollo astronaut vehicle, people would line up for miles to buy that particular car. Very clever indeed. Those cars are now very collectible and worht a lot of money today, the known whereabouts of them is readily available through a variety of sources.
Mine however is a 79 model and Apollo was long gone by then, it is simply an ex-Californian car previously owned by a middle aged woman who couldnt afford to keep paying the ludicrous amount that California want annualy for their smog compliance.

I similar thing happen here. When Bob Dylan played in the local venue he specified a certain type of lounge chair to sit in backstage. Before the gig he sat in barely long enough to warm the seat and didn't hang around after the gig at all. The furniture shop that loaned the chair to the venue then put it in the store window as 'The Chair Bob Dylan Sat In' and sold it for many times its true value.
Perhaps if I could get 'The Mouse Jen Clicks to Add Emoticons' I could make a killing flogging it on IIS.

We engage in a but of small talk about her scope ("do you still pick it up to point at a different object?") and admire the outback skies. Then, while you distract her with chocolate I dash behind the computer, unplug the mouse and head for the get-away car. We then drive off into the night cackling madly and planning what size RCs we will buy with the proceeds.
