The troll will remain pervasively, persistently & forever in denial.
It doesn't matter how much evidence we put forward: the troll is utterly convinced that 'we' need to see the 'truth' of the 'conspiracy' that has mislead & deceived us all.
Yes, there are retroflectors at the Apollo landing sites. Yes, LRO (& other lunar orbiters) recently imaged the descent stages & apparent astronaut foot-tracks. Yes, 1000s of people watched Saturn V launches. Yes, 400,000 folk were involved in building, testing, operating & retrieving Apollo vehicles.
But (as they will always maintain) no manned missions landed on the Moon - all of these were robotic and what we observe from lunar orbit today is simply evidence of this fakery.
I recall a quote (?who) pointing out that it would have been enormously more complicated (let alone astonishingly more expensive - think bribery) to establish such a complicated fabrication than to actually actually perform it!
Who wants to start the September 11 conspiracy thread..?!
JFK assassination?!
Area 51, Chem Trails...etc, etc.

After due diligence and further research, it seems Blindman is right - the whole moon landings were filmed on Earth!
One stipulation is that they were done at a studio in France, not in the USA. It seems that a man named Felonious Gru shrunk the Moon, and brought it to Earth. So, I guess you can say that it was the real Moon, but on Earth.
As the shrinking ray wore off, the Moon started to enlarge again, so they had to put it back, but not before someone tried to steal it for their own nefarious deeds.
The whole thing is in the expose movie, Despicable Me. Even the little yellow aliens that he enslaves and calls his Minions are finally revealed.

Why did they fake it.
What was the motivation.
Where is the political and financial pay off.
How was secrecy maintained.
Doing a fake movie is plausible but answering the above questions no so easy.

The whole alleged rationale to either faking or actuality is the financial destruction of the Soviet Union by forcing or enticing them to attempt to "keep up". Truth or fiction, it seemed to have worked.
I would like to think JFK and others at the time had a more long-sighted and perhaps altruistic overview, but one sometimes wonders if it was not merely a political rather than scientific endeavour.
We can only hope any further lunar or planetary missions will involve HUMANITY and not just the United States, though, given their own current financial crises, one can expect any future in space will be global or multi-national.

Mind you, it's a while since I've come across an actual moon landing conspiracy theorist
