At least you actually care though, that you haven't been doing as much. Hope you get some time soon to catch up on some activity

I am feeling MUCH better now after a much needed walk. 70 minutes walking and listening to KoRn, a sure fire way to feel better

Plus the weather is clearing

As of this morning, 82.75kg How this happened, I have no idea... Maybe from keeping up that exercise even though I was eating a heck of a lot of food...

Great job mate, congrats! I went to the coast for 4 days and have come back at 84.4kg Seems to be coming off fairly quickly though as I weighed in this morning at 83.45kg. Only a preliminary weigh in though, will weigh in properly at the end of next week!

I lost 10kg to get down to my 'correct' weight/BMI by replacing my lunch with campbells country ladel soups.
Even the meat ones are only about 900KJ and 2grams of fat.
That is all I did, cut out in-between breakfast and lunch snacks, and replaced lunch with campbells soup (no toast!), and I lost the weight in 6 weeks. I'd been trying to slough off that weight for two years previously. Being winter hot soup didn't feel like a chore. Now to get some exercise, that is the bit I struggle with...

Hey Pete, nice going mate! Just be careful with the canned and powdered soups, they are extremely high in sodium (1500mg per serving on average), eek!

It's the same here mate, trying to get over this sickness and found it hard just walking without chest pain this morning so cut my walk short. Really just hoping not to have gained too much from eating more than usual. Will probably try not to weigh in til next week now and work hard over the weekend

Not much of a gain from being sick luckily phewf! Weighed in yesterday at 81.55kg but back down to 81kg today Think my body must have been holding onto salt and water, pretty happy with that considering I didn't do any form of exercise or moving for 4 days and had a very bad day food wise on Tuesday

1.1kg and I'll be just into the 70's!

It's a good feeling getting into the 70's. I was happy as a pig in.... well you will know what I mean

Going for a hike in the Adelaide Hills on Sunday so that's a bit more exercise that I haven't done in a while...

Hi mate,

How was your walk over the weekend?

Well, I am happy to report another loss this week. 79.95kg as of Saturday! Pretty stoked to finally be in the 70's but not too excited yet seeing as I'm shifting between that and 80.5kg. Must stop constantly weighing myself! Hoping for another loss by the end of the week, then I'll really be excited!

Until then

Yes got to stop weighing in everyday, it makes you happy one day then you ask ourself the next day "why do I bother, I just keep putting it back on" But you always forget the weight you have already lost

Keep it up, doing great... Now wishing to get under the 77kg mark....

That is soooo awesome mate, so happy for you!

I've hit a massive plateau in recent weeks, although I suppose it was bound to happen seeing as I've almost like 12kg now. Breaking it slowly but surely and weighed in on Saturday at 79.35kg Now to keep going downward

Great work Ron, that's fantastic! Not often one loses weight on holidays, it's usually the other way around I'm sure you did heaps of walking on your travels though, it really is refreshing and makes me feel much better when I get my daily exercise The benefits far out weigh the delicious taste of chocolate and other bad foods...most of the time
