Hussey not out at 71. Only scored one boundary. Lucky the Aussies had him to save their bacon.
What a great game. Can't wait for the continuation this evening.

I reckon the score is 20-30 below par. However Melbourne, with its long boundaries, is a low scoring ground. I don't know what the conditions are like. The few overs I saw the wicket looked pretty tame but there is rain in the area. At the moment the enemy has the upper hand.

Well I just got so excited I just spilled a whole stubby of beer off my stool and onto the carpet didn't I.  Now hubby is going to come home and think that i've been drinking too much and all I had out of it was 3 sips. The whole place smells of beer.
