Yeah guys another excellent night shared by the faithful.
Highlights for me were the three major galaxies M31, NGC253 and NGC55.
Globs were super sharp as was Jupiter in moments of great seeing.
Thanks to all and for the looks through all the various other scopes.
Sorry you guys couldn't make it RB and Jakob.
See all at IISAC.

Great Night and good company again..Thx guys....

I saw a stack of Doubles in Delphinus and other Contstellations as I happily punched in the co-ordinates one after the other on the Coffee grinder SCT.

Whats happened to the numbers we used to get there ????

The seem to be dwindelling

must be the noise of that coffee grinder Geoff

only two clouds in the sky ALL nite - and the funny thing was, they didn't move much

not one of our better nites i would say - number wise or seeing

but it was GOOD

moon transit of Jupiter was good, when the seeing allowed.

dew killed us in the end

and we surprised a regular visitor to Richmond as to just how cold it can get on OUR mountain, if you don't come prepared
hope to see you and the 12" again Sasup (or will it be a 16" next time )

geoff

Thanks all for a short but good night.
Disappointing how bright the Sydney sky glow was though.
Maybe a couple of major football events had something to do with it.

Greg.

I hope she comes back soon too.

As for the IISAC, work's short of No's ATM, and I'm booked out the following week, so unfortunately I can't make it this year.

Thank you GTB and all for a short but good night. I will dress more warmly next time. I don't think the 16 " will be ready. I need to get the mirror finished. I will see everyone at IISAC
