I have heaps, but I think there are 2 that are equal. From the same move though! They are:

Ah yes Suzy, 'The Ghost and Mrs Muir' was an oldy but (very) goodie too!

I guess it is a bit more than a scene but the Restaurant debarcle near the end of Mrs Doubtfire is pretty hilarious Robin Williams is brilliant in that
